My Dear Transforming Rotarians,

 

          With our goal of having international partnerships with other Rotary Districts around the world through the Rotary Inter-Country Committee, I am glad to share with you that on April 9, 2021, we were able to celebrate the signing of the Sister Districts’ Agreement between District 3770 Philippines and District 3461 Taiwan MOU.

 

          I would also like to share what ICC Philippines Chair PDG Raul Peralta said on the day of our event, “Together we can pursue its goals of international partnership and cooperation. So that together, we can achieve Rotary’s mission of Service to Humanity and the advancement of goodwill, understanding, and peace in the world.”

 

          With this, I would just like to reiterate that through the signing of this agreement, we are opening doors of opportunities that go beyond my Rotary Year of service. And thanks to everyone who has been a part of this historic event for RI D3770 Philippines and RI D3461 Taiwan.

 

          Also, this last week of April during the World Immunization Week, we took part in the Vaccine Campaign Launch. This week, we were able to combat vaccine hesitancy and misinformation by providing facts and promoting the power of vaccines in our lives. Our fight against Polio just proves the effectiveness of Vaccines in our lives. Let us continue our trust in vaccines and raise funds to eradicate and prevent a resurgence of Polio around the world.
